Cancellation Policy

We recognize that you may need to cancel an appointment with us on occasion. We do, however, request that you give us ample notice. You will receive an email prior to your session confirming the details of your appointment. It is our policy for all clients to give 2 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling as a courtesy to our clients and staff. Failure to comply, will result in loss of booking fee which may be full charge of service but not to exceed $30. There is a 7 minute grace period should you arrive after this time your booking may be cancelled.
