SAFETY

We place a high value on your comfort and well-being. Please let us know if you have any contraindications  or medical issues, such as pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, sun exposure, disabilities, or illnesses, before you receive your treatment. Talking with your specialist will help tailor your service so that you get the most out of it. Please keep in mind that we are not handicapped accessible.

BOOKING

Wax Happy's non refundable booking fee is the $30 of service at the time of booking which is to be applied towards balance of service. Balance to be paid upon arrival. Processing of payment is subject to change without any prior notice. By scheduling your appointment you authorize Wax Happy LLC to process full/partial (at the discretion of Wax Happy) payment with the card on file at the time of booking. By scheduling your appointment you agree to Wax Happy LLC's Authorization & Consent policy. Cancellation outside of alloted 24 hour window and no show voids transfer of booking fee to future bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We recognize that you may need to cancel an appointment with us on occasion. We do, however, request that you give us ample notice. You will receive an email or text message prior to your appointment to confirm it. It is our policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling as a courtesy to our clients and staff. Failure to comply, will result in loss of booking fee which may be full charge of service but not to exceed $30.

POLICY ON PRIVACY

Wax Happy values your privacy and is committed to safeguarding and securely managing any personal information you share with us. You may be required to share personal information, such as your first and last name, physical address, telephone number, or e-mail address, in person, over the phone, or during your online visit. Wax Happy utilizes this information in order to make quality service and/or purchase fulfillment easier. Wax Happy will never sell, distribute, or rent your personal information to third parties.

PUNCTUALITY

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This is to ensure that we have all of your information and that our technicians do not feel rushed. When you book services with Wax Happy, your appointment is with a technician whose time is dedicated solely to your treatment. If you arrive late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or adjust based on scheduling. A 7 minute grace period is given, at your 8 minute mark you are officially late and appointment will be cancelled.

REFUNDS

All services rendered are non refundable. All sales are non refundable.
